PLC Controlled Israel Metal Sheet C Purlin Roll Forming Machine Roofing Structure Use
The C Z U M sigma purlin roll forming machine consists of decoiler, leveler, forming stands, punching/cutting unit and PLC control system. The standard machine parameters usually will be: 1-3mm sheet thickness, 10-20m/min forming speed, adjustable purlin width. It cold-forms galvanized steel, GI and carbon steel into C/Z/U purlins, which is widely used for steel structure buildings—roof/wall beams of factories, warehouses, light steel villas and industrial construction. Our machine has CE certification, it features high precision, fast production and low material waste.
