The floor deck roll forming machine is a specialized cold roll forming equipment mainly used for producing steel floor deck sheets. It consists of a feeding unit, leveling device, roll forming station, punching system, cutting mechanism, hydraulic system, PLC control cabinet and run-out table. The machine adopts automatic control, with servo-driven precision forming and fixed-length cutting.
It is widely applied in high-rise buildings, industrial workshops, steel structure warehouses and commercial buildings. By processing galvanized steel coils into profiled floor decks, it provides stable bearing platforms for concrete pouring, greatly improving construction efficiency and structural strength.
